Meet the Team
Dr. Brady Wesch
FOUNDER AND PARTNER
Born and raised in Central Illinois, Dr. Brady attended undergrad at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition.
Dr. Brady went on to earn a second bachelor’s degree – as well as his doctorate – in Life Sciences from Logan University. While there, he developed a true passion for wanting to better the lives of others through health and wellness. After graduation he chose to focus his talents on nutrition and weight loss. At 19, Dr. Brady decided to change his life, switching his major twice. This not only bettered his life, but sparked his passion for learning about the body and nutrition. In fact, this sparked Dr. Brady’s own weight loss journey, inspiring him to shed 80 pounds. He’s spent the last 10 years drawing on his own experiences, as well as those with his clients, to help others succeed in improving their health and their lives.
Dr. Brady and his family reside in St. Louis. He and his wife Carly are proud parents to Breck and Kyle. The Wesch bunch also have a dog named Nash, after Nashville, where he and his wife met.
Dr. Brady spends his weekends enjoying time with family and close friends. He loves the outdoors and all things hiking, hunting, and fishing. An athlete back in the day himself, he is a professional sports fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, the St. Louis Cardinals, and the St. Louis Blues.
Dr. Josh Adams, DC, MS
With over 1.3 million followers online and videos with over 400 million views, Dr. Josh Adams has become one of the world’s most recognized chiropractors. He has traveled the country to provide treatment to countless professional athletes, celebrities, and major social media influencers and has always had a passion for helping people.
After battling weight issues for most of his life, Dr. Josh had stopped working out and put on gradual weight over the years, reaching the highest weight he has ever been at 267 pounds. Dr. Josh became friends with Dr. Brady, his college instructor, and the two kept touch via Facebook over the years. Seeing the struggle that Dr.
Josh was having to maintain his weight loss, Dr. Brady approached Dr. Josh about transforming himself with a new program that he’d spent years developing. With all of the weight loss programs out there, Dr. Josh felt that this was the only one that addressed the entire body, allowing you to make the changes your body needs instead of starving it or taking controlled medication.
The first time Dr. Josh did the program, he lost 30 pounds in 30 days. Dr. Josh has not only been able to keep the weight off, but has also lost an additional 47 pounds. Dr. Josh and his business partner Dr. Joe believed in Dr. Brady and his program so much that within a week of first hearing about it, the trio formed P.R.I.M.E. Nutrition. Their goal then, and today, is to help as many people as possible who are in the same position Dr. Josh was in for years.
Dr. Josh follows a science-based treatment plan, which has led him to assemble an incredible team of chiropractors, medical doctors, nurse practitioners, nutritionist, personal trainers, physical therapists, and athletic trainers – all working together in service of the patient. Dr. Josh specializes in a full body approach, consisting of spinal and adjustments, often getting results where others have failed.
Dr. Josh received his masters in sports rehabilitation.
